At ATMIA’s 18th Annual Industry Awards today, the association presented four industry awards for exceptional individual contributions to the ATM industry throughout 2019, kicking off its 2020 US Conference “Launching the ATM Industry into a New Era” in Houston.
Three Outstanding Service Awards were awarded to the following recipients:
Donna Embry, SVP Global Payment Strategy, Evolve Bank & Trust, Leland Englebardt, Practice Leader, Upshot Advisors and Alicia Blanda, Chief Marketing Officer, Blanda Marketing. In addition, Marcel Ficken, Technical Advisor, Next Gen ATMs, from RXL2020, won the International Consultant of the Year Award.
“The association is delighted to honor these industry leaders with the recognition they deserve for sustained excellence in 2019 as they contributed in different ways to enhancing and improving the
ATM industry,” said Mike Lee, CEO of ATMIA. “Their example of professionalism, enthusiasm and creative thinking in their different fields has been inspiring.”
The criteria for these annual awards are:
- Long-term positive influence on improving the industry
- Excellence in technology or levels of service
- Leader in applying best practice
- Specific and measurable achievements producing tangible results
“Who will be the movers and shakers of 2020?” Lee asked. ”They, too, can surely win this kind of industry recognition.”
