Short biography​

A business management  professional with over 10 years of experience in Business Development & Management consulting. As a former Business Development Manager in an Oil & Gas Company, Richard has touchpoints in Contracts & Tenders, Organizational growth strategy, Business Development, CRM and Sales. He also has CRM & HRM certifications from Lagos Business School.

Richard is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC) Nigeria. He is arguably one of the best consultants in the area of Customer Relationship Management in Nigeria.

He is also the author of two books – The Happy Customer & Becoming the Most Valuable Employee. These books are written for both entrepreneurs and employees.

Richard maintains an executive position with MEL-Technologies.
