Training Payment and Non-Refund Policy

1. Training Registration and Payment
1.1 All training registrations are considered complete only upon full payment of the applicable course fee.
1.2 Participants are required to make payment before the training start date, unless otherwise agreed in writing by MEL Technologies and Solution Limited.
1.3 Payments can be made via bank transfer, mobile money, card payment, or other approved channels communicated by the company.
2. Non-Refund Policy
2.1 All payments made for training programs are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the reason for withdrawal, absence, or inability to attend.
2.2 This policy applies to all training formats, including in-person, virtual, or blended learning models.
2.3 In the event that a participant cannot attend the scheduled training, MEL Technologies and Solution Limited may allow a one-time deferral to a future session of the same course, provided a written request is submitted at least 5 business days before the start of the program.
2.4 Failure to attend a course without prior written notification shall result in forfeiture of the training fee and the opportunity to defer.
3. Course Rescheduling or Cancellation by MEL Technologies
3.1 MEL Technologies and Solution Limited reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any training session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., trainer unavailability, minimum class size not met, technical issues, force majeure).
3.2 In such cases, affected participants will be notified in advance and offered the option to:
- Attend the rescheduled session, or
- Apply their payment toward a future session of equivalent value.
3.3 Refunds will not be issued under any circumstance unless explicitly approved by MEL Technologies management and only in rare, exceptional cases.
4. Participant Responsibilities
4.1 Participants are responsible for ensuring:
- They meet the course prerequisites (if any),
- Their internet and device setup are suitable for online courses,
- They attend all required sessions to receive certification (where applicable).
5. Certification Eligibility
5.1 Certificates of completion or participation will only be issued to participants who:
- Attend a minimum of 80% of training sessions,
- Fulfill any assessment or participation criteria set for the course.
6. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for any training program with MEL Technologies and Solution Limited, the participant confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the non-refund policy.
