FEMALE JOB VACANCY IN PORT HARCOURT

We are looking for a responsible female to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks.

Typical responsibilities of the job include:

  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
  • Very fast in typing, preparing and collating reports, audio to text transcribing
  • Social Media/Content Management
  • Must be proficient in the use of Computer Applications and working knowledge in researching.
  • Must have the ability to demonstrate good Interpersonal/Communication skill.
  • Must be fluent in English speaking and understanding.
  • Organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
  • Managing databases
  • Prioritizing workloads
  • Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
  • Liaising with relevant organisations and clients
  • Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
  • Logging or processing bills or expenses
  • Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients

Qualification:

A first degree or HND in any discipline

Note: Applicant must be a resident of Port Harcourt (Old GRA/Town Area). Age range between 21 – 27 years.
