We are looking for a responsible female to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks.
Typical responsibilities of the job include:
- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
- Very fast in typing, preparing and collating reports, audio to text transcribing
- Social Media/Content Management
- Must be proficient in the use of Computer Applications and working knowledge in researching.
- Must have the ability to demonstrate good Interpersonal/Communication skill.
- Must be fluent in English speaking and understanding.
- Organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
- Managing databases
- Prioritizing workloads
- Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
- Liaising with relevant organisations and clients
- Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
- Logging or processing bills or expenses
- Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients
A first degree or HND in any discipline
Note: Applicant must be a resident of Port Harcourt (Old GRA/Town Area). Age range between 21 – 27 years.
